A Perfect Playtime Spot for Kids in Gimpo
During our trip to Gimpo, South Korea, we visited Sandiz, a unique play café designed for both kids and parents to enjoy together. Unlike ordinary kids' cafés, Sandiz offers a variety of fun activities, including fishing games, sand play, exercise zones, and even a reading corner.

As soon as we entered, we noticed the warm and inviting atmosphere of Sandiz. The café was carefully designed with soft colors, wooden elements, and creative play zones, making it a dreamy playground for kids.
Each corner of the café offered a different activity, ensuring that kids could stay entertained for hours while parents could relax with a cup of coffee.
🎣 Fishing Game – A Fun & Interactive Play Area
One of the highlights was the fishing play area, where kids could use toy fishing rods to "catch" colorful fish from a small indoor pond.
This activity was a huge hit with the little ones, as they could practice hand-eye coordination while having fun!
🏝 Sand Play – A Mini Beach Indoors
For kids who love building sandcastles, Sandiz has an indoor sand play area that mimics the experience of playing on a real beach.
The soft and clean sand allowed children to dig, scoop, and create whatever their imagination desired. Parents could also sit nearby and watch their little ones enjoy a mess-free beach experience indoors!
🏋 Exercise Zone – A Fun Way to Stay Active
Another unique feature of Sandiz is its exercise play area, where kids can use small gym equipment to stay active while playing.
From mini treadmills to interactive climbing areas, this space allows children to move their bodies and burn off energy in a safe and fun environment.

(Though not pictured, Sandiz also features a reading corner, where kids can take a break from playing and enjoy picture books and storybooks.)
This was a great spot for winding down after all the exciting activities, offering a quiet and cozy space for kids to relax and explore new stories.
